NYCNHCS Is Operated Under The Direction Of ANNETTE PISANO-HIGLEY, RN, GCM, a N.Y.S. licensed Registered Professional Nurse since 1973, Geriatric Care Manager and 2003 member of The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (GCM), with more than thirty years of continuous & successful experience in major New York City acute, sub acute, long-term care & ambulatory care facilities.
