billed additionally. All fees are payable in full at the time of service delivery.
All clients will receive a NYCNHCS contract, and HIPPA 'Privacy Practices' Notification/Consent Forms prior
to service delivery. Clients may pay for services by cash; personal or certified check or money
order.
